The matron at my boarding school used to make hot-n-spicy mustard seed based baths with a variety of insane ingredients to “sweat out” our field hockey injuries. I use this stuff (pictured) as a base, and then vary ingredients based on how crippling my particular injury is this week. :) Its *awesome*.
